ProPledge™ was created by the Specialty Equipment Warranty Alliance (SEWA), a
subsidiary of the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA®), to assure total support and seamless warranty coverage for vehicle owners and new-car dealers who offer customized vehicles. With ProPledge™, you can be sure that the participating product manufacturers and installers stand behind one unified warranty—that’s the ProPledge™ promise.

One Guarantee Covers It All.
When you use products or installation services from participating ProPledge™ member companies, you and your customers are completely protected. Here’s how
it works:

  • Parts and/or installation provided by participating companies for any vehicle customized through your dealership are guaranteed to be free of defects for 36 months or 36,000 miles.*
  • If your customer experiences an installation or product defect, your dealership is completely covered. Neither you nor your customers incur any out-of-pocket expenses for labor and accessory repair or replacement.
    • If a product or installation defect causes the vehicle to malfunction, the vehicle repair costs will be covered.**
  • A professionally staffed Customer Support Center has been established to assist your customers with their ProPledge™ warranty needs.
  • Product liability coverage is provided through inclusion of your dealership as “additional insured” in the liability policies of participating manufacturers and installers.
  • An insurance program has been purchased from an A-rated provider. The insurance program covers all outstanding warranties in the event a participant does not continue in business.

* The warranties of some participants may include greater coverage for individual products. Greater coverage will supplement, but not extend, the ProPledge™ Program.
